What the app stores

• Everything is kept on your device: your games, your records and your settings.
• There is no account and nothing to sign in to.
• There is no analytics, no tracking and no advertising, and no third-party software development kits are bundled into the app.
• The widget reads the same records from your device, and nothing else.
• Deleting the app deletes all of it.

The one time it goes online

The game itself never connects to the internet. Buying Trio Premium, or restoring a purchase you already made, goes through the App Store. Apple handles the payment and tells the app whether the purchase exists. We never see who you are, what you paid with, or anything else about you.

Children

Trio is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.

Your control

Your records can be cleared at any time inside the app, under Settings and then Data. The same text as this page is in the app under Settings and then Privacy.

Changes

If this policy ever changes, the new version will be on this page with a new date at the top.
